No less important is our own game, the wild boar and the famous Chianina meat.
The Tuscan cuisine is not only good food but also good wine: wide is our wine carte such as Chianti Colli Senesi, Chianti Riserva and typical red of our vineyards, such as Brunello di Montalcino.
Famous is the “Vernaccia”, white wine of San Gimignano, which was mentioned in the Divina Commedia and it has been the first italian white wine to be recognized D.O.C.G
